Foundation Thursday.

Rimmel London: Match Perfection SPF 18

It's not really that common that I find a foundation that suits my skin colour, but that also is a really nice foundation to wear on your skin. This however is one of the best foundations I have ever got. I found that this bottle in the picture lasted me a long time (as you can see the writing is rubbing off!)

This has lasted me around about 7/8 weeks and it is such a light weight foundation. I found that it was really easy to apply onto my skin, and once it was on I didn't really need to rub it in more because it seemed to do this all on it's own as well as help by my foundation brush.

However I did notice that it did make my face a little patchy around my cheekbones so I had to top it up, but I have been wearing the foundation since that morning and most of the foundations I have got seem to do that a lot. But a two minute touch up didn't harm me and I didn't mind doing it.

The smell of the foundation was a really nice as far as 'foundation smell's' go, and I was really surprised that you didn't really need a lot of it to make your skin 'blemish free' so you wasn't using half a bottle on your face to make it look like you have 'blemish free' skin. It has a really easy nose for you to get an easy application over your skin. However I don't put it directly onto my skin, I put it on the brush so I'm not using that much of the foundation which is a handy tip there for you!

I got number 201 which is Classic Beige. I chose that colour as it was a little darker than my normal colour I go for because I had a little tan, so I didn't want my face to be white and my neck to be brown, so if you match your foundation colour to your neck colour as you are able to blend in better and not have a line around your neck where your foundation ends. Also I found that it was easy to remove and it came off in one wipe. This is very handy for me seeing as I am always rushing to get to bed.

I would recommend this foundation to anyone who doesn't like heavy foundations, and doesn't like to feel like they have make-up on all the time.
